Les Dames d'Escoffier, Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter,
established in 1995, is a society of professional women involved in food, wine,
other beverages and arts of the table. The purpose of this organization is to
support and promote, among our members and others who share our objectives
worldwide, the understanding, appreciation and knowledge of food, wine, other
beverages, nutrition, the arts of the table and other fields as they relate to
these disciplines in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Les Dames d'Escoffier is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes. Each year our chapter holds a fundraising event to help support the Eastside Children's Garden Project. (Please see the Garden Project button on this web site.)
