| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Highland expandable roof top cargo bag can be expanded from 10 cubic feet of cargo space to 15 cubic feet to better maintain the performance of the bag when not loaded to capacity. The design utilizes a zipper similar to expandable luggage to easily change the capacity from 10 to 15 cubic feet. All mounting hardware is included.

| Customer Reviews: dimension August 11, 2010 SightLand 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought this without dimension information. Dimension is 39"x32"x[14"to21"]. 39" length is perfect for my roof. I have not used the pack yet but material on both outside and inside seems good quality. Zipper and overlapping flaps as well as the strap seems to be of good quality. I will be using this in two weeks so I will post more after the trip.
It made it! August 31, 2010 Jamie Reyburn (Henderson, NV, US) I was worried about getting a top carrier, but this one worked alright. I should have tightened the bungi cord on top better because it flapped around a lot and caused it to rip, but it was my own fault. It was a small tear and I've already repaired it. No flapping, and I like how it gets really compact. The plastic on the inside shed everywhere too, but maybe due to the flapping. The only other downfall was the lack of instructions. Now that I know how it works, I have all the confidence that it is a good top carrier.
Not worth the money August 31, 2010 spburback We purchased this product after searching through many choices, needing it for a 10-day vacation. It didn't even last ONE day. We drove 10 hours and by the 5th hour noticed a hole rubbed in the main portion by one of the straps. We thought duct tape would help and prepared to fix the hole when we arrived at our first night's stay.
When we removed the topper from the van, it displayed holes in several places and shredded material all over the bottom portion. It was worthless. We were in a somewhat remote part of the country and had to completely alter our plans that evening to search for a new topper in order to continue our trip. We spent $200 on something else that lasted our entire trip and shows no signs of wearing out.
The makers need to go back to the drawing board on this one.
